Ben Kahn

Ben Kahn, MBA, PMP, serves as the Innovation and Planning Manager at the Oregon Department of Transportation since October 2020 and as a College Instructor at Oregon State University, where responsibilities include teaching a graduate course in "Managing Projects" that emphasizes Agile project management. Previously, Ben held the position of Transformation Manager at the Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division, overseeing a $90 million Service Transformation Program to enhance DMV services through technology. Additionally, Ben worked at the Oregon Health Authority as a Senior Project Manager, managing projects that improved data collection, implemented a Contracts Management system, and advanced a statewide electronic health record system. Ben earned an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oregon State University.
