Danielle Skinner

Danielle Skinner is currently an Instructor at Oregon State University, a role commenced in September 2023. Previously, Danielle served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2017 to September 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Plate Distribution Lead for the Sloan Digital Sky Survey from January 2015 to August 2017. Danielle holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics, awarded by Georgia Institute of Technology in 2023, and also earned a Master of Science (MS) in Physics from the same institution in 2018. Danielle completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics/Astronomy at the University of Washington in 2017 and attended Redmond High School from 2010 to 2013.
