Drummond Wengrove

Drummond Wengrove is an accomplished professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in research and design. Currently, Wengrove serves as the Innovation Lab Manager at Oregon State University’s Hatfield Marine Science Center, where the focus is on prototype design and hands-on training related to innovative projects. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at Sandia National Laboratories, concentrating on combustion research for heavy-duty diesel applications, as well as a PhD student and design engineer at the University of New Hampshire, where Wengrove worked on various research projects, including design improvements for testing grips and thermal analysis for instrumentation. Wengrove's research background also includes contributions to projects at the University of New Hampshire and experience as a researcher at The University Centre in Svalbard. Wengrove holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal Fluid Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
