Elaine Clark

Elaine Clark is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in program management and coordination across various sectors. Currently functioning as an Administrative Program Assistant at Oregon State University, Elaine manages course scheduling for over 300 classes and enhances scholarship award systems. Previously, as a Program Manager for The Mitchell Group Inc., Elaine led a multimillion-dollar USAID project, adeptly navigating changing regulations and stakeholder needs. With a background in proposal coordination and human resources, Elaine has contributed to organizations such as Creative Associates International and the National Defense University.
