Jaewoo Choi

Jaewoo Choi has extensive experience in mass spectrometry and research management at Oregon State University since May 2012, serving as Facilities and Operations Manager and Senior Research Associate at the OSU Mass Spectrometry Center, overseeing lab operations, user training, and research activities. Previous roles include management positions at the Linus Pauling Institute and a Postdoctoral Scholar focusing on metabolomics and lipidomics. Prior to that, Jaewoo Choi was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois at Chicago, specializing in medicinal chemistry and pharmacognosy, and completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Case Western Reserve University, where research focused on lipid studies.
