Joseph Davidson is an experienced academic and engineer currently serving as an Associate Professor of Robotics and Mechanical Engineering at Oregon State University since September 2018, following a tenure as an Assistant Professor in the same field. Prior to this, Joseph held a position as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from September 2016 to August 2018 and was a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University from August 2013 to May 2016. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
