Joseph Leykam

Joseph Leykam currently serves as the Instructor and Founding Director of the Accelerated Masters Program at Oregon State University, focusing on Human Development and Family Systems. Since April 2010, Joseph has operated Leykam Consulting LLC, which specializes in transforming organizations through strategic, action-driven change in health, education, and social services. Previous roles include Mental Health Program Manager for the Corvallis School District 509J and Mental Health Counselor at Benton County Developmental Diversity. Joseph's early career featured positions such as Lead Qualified Mental Health Professional at Benton County Mental Health, Clinical Manager at both Marcin Youthcare and Yamhill County Family & Youth Programs, and Clinical Manager at Trillium Family Services. Joseph holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Michigan State University.
