Lynette de Silva

Lynette de Silva is a seasoned professional in water conflict management and geology, currently serving as a Water Conflict Management Consultant, Mediator & Facilitator, and Life Coach at Four Worlds Partners, LLC since 2014. In addition, Lynette has been the Director of the Program in Water Conflict Management and Transformation since 2011, overseeing various programs that enhance scientific and societal understanding of water issues. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at the University of North Dakota, where Lynette focused on flood mitigation and transboundary water concerns, and as a Geologist for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, managing soil and groundwater remediation projects. Educationally, Lynette holds a Master of Science in Geology with an emphasis on hydrogeology from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Brooklyn College.
