Rebecca (Becca) Gose

Rebecca (Becca) Gose is the current General Counsel at Oregon State University. Rebecca has held this position since September 2012. Prior to that, they were the Associate General Counsel at Oregon State University from March 2010 to August 2012.

Before their time at Oregon State University, Rebecca was a litigation associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP from November 2004 to March 2010. During that time, they also served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable David M. Ebel on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from August 2003 to August 2004, and as a judicial extern for The Honorable Claudia Wilken on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California from March 2002 to June 2002.

Prior to their legal career, Rebecca was a legal research librarian at Chrisman, Bynum & Johnson (now Faegre firm) from January 1998 to July 2000. Before that, they were a theater director/instructor at Boulder Valley School District from January 1995 to August 1999.

Rebecca Gose received their Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where they were a member of the Order of the Coif. Rebecca also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
