Rebecka Tumblin

Rebecka Tumblin is an experienced educator and researcher in the field of physics, currently serving as an Instructor at Oregon State University since June 2019. Tumblin completed a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at the University of Oregon in September 2021, where previous roles included Graduate Student and Undergraduate Researcher, focusing on computational astrophysics and stellar systems. Additional experience encompasses various instructional positions at both Lane Community College and the University of Oregon, along with a fellowship in the Science Literacy Teaching Program. Tumblin's expertise extends to computational physics, demonstrated through participation in a summer workshop at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Tumblin holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Oregon.
