Robert Harrison was the Piccolo/Third Flute at the Virginia Symphony Orchestra from October 2011 to July 2012. Robert is currently the Director at Oregon Symphony.

Robert Harrison studied flute performance at the State University of New York College at Potsdam before completing their undergraduate degree at The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University. Robert continued their studies at The Peabody Institute, completing a Graduate Performance Diploma and a DMA (ABD) in flute performance. Robert also holds an MM in piccolo performance from The Peabody Institute.
