Steve Lefave

Steve Lefave is an experienced professional in the zoological field, currently serving as Curator at the Oregon Zoo since October 2021. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Steve has held significant roles including Zoological Manager for Elephants at Disney's Animal Kingdom and Assistant Curator for Africa at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Additionally, Steve has contributed as an Animal Care Supervisor at The Zoo - Gulf Breeze and works as a Freelance Artist for ZombieDog since October 2015. Steve's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from the University of West Florida.
