Dylan Schultz

Dylan Schultz is an experienced project manager and construction professional with over 30 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC since April 2016, Dylan is responsible for project scope determination, budget management, and contractor negotiations. Previous roles include Chief Building Engineer, Owner of Schultz Trimworks, and Job Manager at Collins Quality Homes, where Dylan demonstrated expertise in high-end construction, project estimation, and client consultation. Early career experience includes management of residential and commercial projects as a Construction Foreman and maintenance contractor for the U.S. Coast Guard. Dylan holds educational credentials from Campbell University and the College of The Albemarle.
