Carla James has had extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Carla started working at ProQuest in 2001, where they served as an Area Sales Manager until 2009. In 2010, they joined Barclaycard as a Relationship Manager for a year. Subsequently, Carla joined O'Reilly Media - Safari Platform in 2011 and worked as a Senior Account Manager for five years. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Customer Success Manager at O'Reilly Media.
Carla James attended Coventry University from 1995 to 1999, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing.
