Charlotte Maon

Charlotte Maon has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources and Audit. Charlotte started their career at KPMG as a Senior Auditor from September 2003 to December 2005. Following that, they joined Robert Half International and worked as a Staffing Manager/Consultant Accountemps from January 2006 to September 2007, and later as a Candidate Sourcing Recruiter from October 2007 to June 2012.

In 2012, Charlotte joined Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) as a Human Resources Generalist/Immigration Specialist, where they were employed until July 2018.

From November 2018 to March 2021, they worked at O'Reilly Media as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and then transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition from April 2021 to September 2022. Currently, Charlotte holds the position of Senior Manager, Employee Experience at O'Reilly Media starting from August 2022.
