Deepak Mukunthu

Deepak Mukunthu has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Deepak has held various roles in prestigious companies like Salesforce and Microsoft, showcasing their expertise in product management, AI/ML, and data platforms. Recently, they joined Salesforce as the Senior Director of Product for the Generative AI Platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director of Product at DocuSign, where they focused on AI/ML and Big Data platforms. Deepak also served as the Head of Product at Microsoft, leading teams and driving the development of innovative products such as ML powered Personalized News Feed and Automated Machine Learning on Azure. Deepak has also contributed as Published Author at O'Reilly Media and a Book Reviewer at Packt. Additionally, they have shared their knowledge and mentored others as an AI/ML Product Management Mentor at Sharebird and a Featured Speaker at Product School. In the earlier stages of their career, Deepak held engineering and management positions at Trilogy, where they acquired critical technical and leadership skills. Deepak Mukunthu earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Later, they obtained a Certificate in Machine Learning from the University of Washington. Additionally, Deepak received a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in October 2013.
