Dr. Alan Dennis

Dr. Alan Dennis is an experienced educator and professional in the fields of data science, big data analytics, and advanced analytics. Currently serving as an author for O'Reilly and a certified Databricks trainer at Speedboat Professional Services, Dr. Dennis has a strong background in teaching at various institutions, including the University of the Cumberlands and Colorado Technical University. Previous roles include directing advanced analytics initiatives at Avanade, where responsibilities included establishing programs on the Databricks platform, and authoring the "Databricks Lakehouse Cookbook."
