Jane Walsh

Jane Walsh has accumulated extensive experience in customer success management and sales throughout their career. Jane began their professional journey in 1997 at Pragmatech Software, where they worked in sales for seven years. In 2005, they joined Cellular Specialties as an Inside Sales representative. Jane then moved on to Gartner in 2006, where they held multiple roles, including Client Partner and Audience Acquisition. Jane's next venture was with The Hackett Group, where they served as a Procurement Advisory Account Manager for two years. In 2013, they joined Technology Business Research as a Senior Customer Success Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. Jane then transitioned to TetraScience in 2017, taking on the role of Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Jane joined XL Fleet Electrification in 2018, continuing their career as a Senior Customer Success Manager before joining their current company, O'Reilly Media, in 2019.
