Rhona Macdonald has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rhona started their career as a Sales Account Manager at IBM UK Ltd in 1995 and worked there until 2002. Rhona then joined Dragonfly Marketing UK Ltd, where they took on the role of Sales Manager and helped grow the company's turnover to over £2 million.
In 2011, Rhona worked as a Corporate Consultant for CREMANASS Ltd, where they introduced the company into a new geographical area and focused on creating new business opportunities.
Rhona joined IBM in 2012 as a System x and blade center sales specialist, with the responsibility of building revenue in the public sector, specifically in Health, Local Government, and Academia. From 2016 to 2018, Rhona worked at Clearvision as a Senior Account Manager, delivering efficient and collaborative Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner solutions to customers while addressing strategic challenges and ensuring effective culture, processes, and tools.
In 2018, Rhona became an Enterprise Account Director at Pluralsight, where they helped companies bridge the technology skills gap and deliver measurable outcomes by utilizing the company's learning platform.
Currently, Rhona is working at O'Reilly Media as an Account Executive, contributing to the company's mission of sharing innovators' knowledge and providing learning experiences through their learning ecosystem.
