François Laplanche

François LAPLANCHE is an experienced IT project manager at ORES since July 2016, previously serving as a business analyst at GIM NV from February 2013 to June 2016. LAPLANCHE began a career in GIS engineering at SIGGIS from January 2009 to February 2013 and held various academic positions at Université de Liège, including assistant and doctoral researcher. LAPLANCHE's academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Geographic Sciences (Geomatics) and a DES in Urban Planning and Spatial Development, both from the University of Liège, complemented by a Licence in Geographic Sciences.
