Robert "Boz" Coburn has extensive work experience in business development, finance, and strategic leadership roles. Robert "Boz" currently serves as a Board of Directors Observer at Enalare Therapeutics Inc. Robert "Boz" previously worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Orexo AB publ and in Business Development at Shionogi Inc. During their tenure at Locemia Solutions Inc, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and oversaw the development of an innovative product that was later acquired by Eli Lilly. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at RxIgen LLC, where they provided commercial development and strategy support for various organizations. Robert "Boz" also held the position of Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing at Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they played a key role in launch preparedness and post-approval commercial initiatives. Earlier in their career, Coburn worked at Sanofi, where they held executive roles in capital investment, corporate development, and technology licensing. Robert "Boz" Coburn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University between 1977 and 1981. Robert "Boz" later pursued further education at the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing between 1987 and 1989.

In addition to their formal education, Coburn obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in September 1984. It is worth noting that they also participated in the Harvard Negotiation Project's program titled "Getting to YES: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In" in 2002, offered by Harvard University.
