Rachel Rizzo

Rachel Rizzo is currently a Senior Fellow in the Strategic Studies Programme at the Observer Research Foundation. They have held various positions, including Director of Programs at the Truman Center for National Policy and a Fellow at Robert Bosch Stiftung. Additionally, Rachel has served as a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and has gained experience as a Political intern at the U.S. Department of State, Graduate Fellow at the United States Department of Defense, and Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs. They hold a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Utah and a Master of Arts in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University.
