Siletha Belew

Siletha Belew, BAS, CST, has extensive experience in the healthcare and service sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Organ Recovery Services at Gift of Life Michigan since January 2018, Siletha has held multiple roles in organ recovery and tissue procurement. Prior experience includes positions as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Henry Ford Health System and Beaumont Health-Oakwood from 2016 to 2018, specializing in operating room functions. Earlier, Siletha was the Chief Operating Officer at Alkebu-lan Village, an Afrikan-centered program for youth in Detroit, from 2001 to 2009. Siletha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Surgical Technology from Siena Heights University and two Associate's degrees from Wayne County Community College District in Surgical Technology and Associate of Science.
