Lars Vollmer

Lars Vollmer is an accomplished entrepreneur and expert in production systems and logistics, with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles. As the founder of intrinsify since January 2011 and Organeers GmbH since January 2019, Lars has significantly contributed to the field of organizational development. Additionally, Lars served as the festival initiator and curator for work-X Festival from November 2018 to December 2022. Previously, from January 2000 to December 2014, Lars was the CEO and founder of Vollmer & Scheffczyk GmbH. Earlier in the career, Lars worked as a research assistant at the Institut of Production Systems and Logistics from July 1996 to May 2000. Lars holds a Dr.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau - Fabrikplanung & Logistik from Leibniz Universität Hannover, complemented by an education at London Business School in 1996.
