Mike Raven is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in coaching, marketing, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Resultant at Organeers GmbH since November 2021, Mike has been self-employed as a musician, coach, and marketeer since January 2011. Previously, Mike held the position of Agile Coach at CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG from July 2017 to March 2019, where responsibilities included leading an "agile leadership" program and providing coaching for executives and teams. As a freelance consultant in Human Resources at KOKI Transmission GmbH from August 2015 to December 2016, Mike co-designed and facilitated a leadership development program and served as an onsite coach. Earlier in the career, Mike was the owner and managing director of m2 agentur für kommunikation GmbH from January 2002 to December 2014, focusing on creative direction and content development. Mike's educational background includes studies at Goethe University Frankfurt from 1978 to 1982.
