With a background in Food Science and Technology, Mike has also held roles in stakeholder engagement, food safety compliance, and organic trade policy analysis. Additionally, Mike is actively involved in various organizations such as the Coalition for Organic and Regenerative Agriculture and the Oregon Organic Coalition.
