Nancy Caetano has been in the field of Human Resources since completing their Certificate of Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic in 2004. Starting with A & P Canada as a Benefit Coordinator, Nancy was responsible for administering employee benefits and maintaining relationships with insurance providers. Moving on to Metro Ontario Inc. as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, Nancy developed training programs and facilitated recruitment for various positions and departments. Currently serving as HR Manager at Organic Garage, Nancy oversees all aspects of HR including recruitment, compensation, health and safety, and employee relations. Nancy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
