Judith De La Rosa possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control across multiple companies within the food industry. Most recently, Judith worked at Organic Milling, having previously held similar roles at Mission Foods, OC Flavors, PakLab, Torn & Glasser, and California Packaging Centers. Responsibilities included organoleptic testing, creating Certificates of Analysis (COAs), comparing specifications, and collecting samples. Judith's educational background includes a high school diploma from Don Antonio Lugo High School, earned in May 2011.
