Scott Rice

Scott Rice is the Regulatory Director at Organic Trade Association, where Scott manages high-level communication with USDA National Organic Program, engages with NOSB, and leads OTA's interface with ACA. Prior to this role, Scott worked at Washington State Department of Agriculture as External Affairs Coordinator and Organic Accreditation Manager. With a background in field operations and project coordination, Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College.
