Regulatory and Policy

The Regulatory and Policy team at the Organic Trade Association (OTA) is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and influencing legislation and regulations that impact the organic industry. They work to protect the integrity of organic standards, advocate for favorable policies, and foster a supportive regulatory environment. This team represents OTA and its members in discussions with government agencies, policymakers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organic sector's interests are effectively communicated and safeguarded.
