Aman Kishore Pal

Aman Kishore Pal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Aman Kishore started their career as an Assistant Manager at Oriental Structural Engineers, where they were responsible for procuring a wide range of products and services for construction projects. Aman Kishore then worked as a Procurement Executive at Dalmia Cement, where they successfully localized critical and costly mechanical and spare parts. After that, they joined Adani Power Limited as a Senior Engineer, focusing on procurement of steel and related raw materials for solar PV based power projects. Aman Kishore then moved on to Bajaj Infrastructure Development Company Limited, where they served as a Senior Engineer, leading a team in the contracts section and managing procurement processes. Most recently, Aman worked at Organica Water as a Manager and later as an Associate Director, responsible for procurement management and long-term planning and strategy.

Aman Kishore Pal completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Aman Kishore further pursued their education at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they completed the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) with a focus on Working Executive in the field of management at their Noida campus.
