Mike Dill

Mike Dill serves as a Board Member for the Organic Farming Research Foundation since January 2024, contributing to the advancement of organic farming systems through research and policy. As the Director of Advocacy & Sustainability at Organically Grown Company since June 2013, Mike Dill focuses on promoting organic agriculture while ensuring environmental responsibility. Previous roles include Stakeholder Engagement & Services Manager, Food Safety & Compliance Manager, and Organic Trade Policy Analyst, where Mike Dill developed risk management programs and analyzed standards related to organic practices. Additionally, Mike Dill is a Governing Council member of the Coalition for Organic and Regenerative Agriculture and a Board Member of the Oregon Organic Coalition, further supporting organic practices in Oregon. Mike Dill's earlier experience as an Organic Certification Officer at Oregon Tilth involved onsite inspections and certification decisions. Mike Dill holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University, earned in 2007.
