Emőke Ficz

Emőke Ficz is an experienced procurement professional with a diverse background in international organizations. Currently serving as a Procurement Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since June 2019, Emőke has contributed to global efforts to eliminate chemical weapons. Prior to this role, Emőke held leadership positions at UNRWA and served as Associate Procurement Officer at the International Criminal Court, focusing on the procurement processes associated with significant global issues. Emőke's earlier experience includes a Buyer role at the International Trade Centre, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing and contract management across varied market environments. With an MBA in International Organizations from the University of Geneva and a degree in International Transactions from Babeș-Bolyai University, Emőke combines academic expertise with practical skills in procurement and logistics.
