Miglena S. Nikolova

Miglena S. Nikolova possesses extensive experience within the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), where responsibilities have included roles in training support, project support, and consultancy across various divisions since November 2017. Previous experience at OPCW in 2016 involved project management within the International Cooperation Branch. Prior to OPCW, Miglena S. Nikolova served as a District Sales Manager and Event Coordinator at Avon, and worked as a Marketing and Operations Manager at Yves Rocher Bulgaria. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in HR Management from McGill University, an MBA from a joint programme between Erasmus University Rotterdam and Sofia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy.
