Milan Jelenkovic currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Milan held various positions within the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) from February 2017 to February 2023, including Chief of the Human Resources Unit. Milan's career at OSCE also included roles as Acting Chief of Human Resources and Human Resources Officer from July 2015 to February 2017, as well as Senior Recruiter and Senior Human Resources Administrator from February 2008 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at the US Department of State's Embassy in Belgrade and as Personnel/Payroll Benefits Assistant with the OSCE Mission to Serbia. Milan Jelenkovic holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD, an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Megatrend University.
