Patrick W.

Patrick W. is an experienced Project Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since May 2017, focusing on developing courses for first responders in CBRN response, including topics on command and control, deterrence, and gender equality. Patrick has served as an Independent Lecturer and Facilitator for NATO and University of Rome Tor Vergata, teaching various aspects of CBRN incidents and emergency management. Additional roles include Assistant Programme Manager at David Game Higher Education and Senior Lecturer in Aviation Management at the University of West London. With a diverse educational background, Patrick is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering (CBRN) at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, while holding multiple previous degrees and certifications in relevant fields, including security, emergency management, and hazardous materials.
