Philip Bocian

Philip Bocian currently serves as an Inclusion and Engagement Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), having held various HR roles since December 2018 that focus on employee engagement, diversity, and onboarding processes. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Consultant, where responsibilities involved project management of recruitment assessments and engagement platforms, as well as overseeing the internship program. Philip also completed an internship in Records Management at the OSCE and worked as a Sales Assistant at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Wien, enhancing customer service skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences and a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Vienna Business School.
