Andres Marquez-Lara

Andres Marquez-Lara is the Founder and CEO of UFacilitate, a global facilitation company specializing in enhancing cross-cultural collaboration for high-performing teams within US-based nonprofits and philanthropic institutions. Additionally, Marquez-Lara serves as an Industry Advisor in Leadership Development and Collaboration at Emergence@Stanford, a Faculty member at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy, and a Senior Fellow at George Washington University's Institute for Transformative Leadership. Marquez-Lara has authored a book titled "Facilitating Leadership A Quick And Easy Guide To Leading with Brain, Heart & Soul," and co-founded Operation COVID-19 to facilitate the supply of medical resources during the pandemic. With a robust educational background, including degrees from Duke University and UCAB, Marquez-Lara has demonstrated a commitment to leadership development and social impact.
