Felix Ortega

Felix Ortega is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and management. Currently serving as a Docente at Escuela Nacional de Control and Universidad de San Martín de Porres, Felix Ortega also holds the position of Deputy Manager at Contraloría General de la República del Perú. As National Chief Advisor at RENIEC since April 2011, Felix Ortega contributes significant expertise and has been involved as an international consultant for organizations such as UNICEF, IADB, World Bank, and UNDP since 2006. Additionally, Felix Ortega has been a Manager at the Organización de los Estados Americanos since 1995. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from ESAN Graduate School of Business, a specialization in Project Management from Stanford University, and a Licentiate degree in Investigacion Operativa from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
