Javier Arnaiz

Javier Arnaiz has a comprehensive work experience that spans over several years. Javier started their career at the Technology Advancement Group as a Comptroller from September 1992 to September 1995. Following this role, they joined the Organization of American States where they held various positions. Javier served as the Chief of Financial Reporting from January 2005 to April 2012, and later became the Director of the Department of Financial Services from May 2012 onwards.

Javier Arnaiz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they obtained between 1988 and 1990. Javier later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at the University of the District of Columbia, completing it between 1991 and 1992.
