Brenna MacNeil, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Organizational Solutions Inc. since January 2020, with previous roles including Staffing Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this, Brenna held the position of Human Resources Payroll Administrator at Swiss Re for a brief period in late 2019. Brenna's extensive experience in leadership and operational management includes serving as Site Director at the YMCA of Oakville, where oversight involved hiring and managing a summer camp for 180 children, as well as providing care as a Program Educator for special needs children. Brenna also practiced as a Learning Services Specialist at the University of Guelph, improving academic performance for students, and developed foundational customer service skills in earlier roles at Home Depot and Metro Inc. Brenna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour and Marketing from the University of Guelph.
