Bea Crawford has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Privatized Tutor, Literacy Specialist, and Executive Functioning Coach at Bea Educated since September 2024. Additionally, Bea holds positions as a Reading Specialist and Teacher at The Dalton School since August 2020, and as an Executive Functioning & Literacy Tutor with Organizational Tutors since January 2020. Prior roles include teaching fifth grade at Manhattan Country School and working as an Intervention Specialist at Brooklyn New School, both during graduate student fieldwork. Bea's earlier experience includes teaching and coaching positions at Saint David's School and Greens Farms Academy, as well as internships in education at Horizons Enrichment Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Literacy and General Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Founded and led by CEO Anna Levy-Warren, PhD in 2005, Organizational Tutors, LLC is a network of highly-trained tutors, academic/executive functioning coaches, educators, and developmental specialists. All tutors in our network hold graduate level degrees and have a background in working with students with a combination of educational and cognitive challenges. We offer targeted support for students of all ages who struggle with executive functioning and attention weaknesses; language-based learning disorders; visual-spatial and auditory processing issues; as well as social and emotional difficulties. We provide specialized and individualized tutoring and coaching to strengthen students’ executive functioning capacities, effectively manage complex neuropsychological profiles, and overcome social/emotional obstacles to learning.
