Duncan Briggs

Duncan Briggs is an experienced educator currently serving as a Latin Instructor at Laguna Blanca School since September 2020. In addition, Duncan has been working as an Executive Functioning Coach with Organizational Tutors since December 2017. Previously, Duncan held the positions of Latin and Executive Functioning Teacher at Fairfield Country Day School from September 2018 to June 2020 and Latin Teacher and Coach there from August 2013 to August 2017. Duncan began a teaching career as a Substitute Teacher at Maui Preparatory Academy in 2012-2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Certificate from the Klingenstein Summer Institute for Early Career Teachers, a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Medieval Studies from Bates College, and foundational education at North Yarmouth Academy.
