Jeff Heiden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeff began their career in the hospitality sector, working as a Guest Services employee at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2007 to 2011. Jeff then transitioned to a supervisory role as a Valet Supervisor at Mr. C Beverly Hills from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they worked as an Audio Visual Technician at American Audio Visual Center from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Jeff entered the e-commerce industry, starting as a Web Optimization Manager at AutoAnything. In this role, they focused on increasing conversion rates by implementing SEO-friendly strategies and optimizing website content.
