Amanda Adamek

Amanda Adamek, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Operations Lead and Director of Project Management, Strategy & Portfolio Management at Organon, a position held since February 2022. Previously, Amanda held the role of Associate Director - Portfolio Strategy & Asset Management at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from December 2019 to February 2022, and worked as a Consultant at Pharmica Consulting Inc. from July 2015 to December 2019. Amanda’s career began at Merck, where roles included Specialist in Global Project Management, Project Scientist for Biologic Critical Reagents, Scientist in Quality Standards, Associate Chemist for Pharmaceutical Reference Standards, and Associate Biochemist for Laboratory Technical Support. Amanda holds an Executive MBA in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College.
