Anna Komarova

Anna Komarova is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Lead for the Asia Pacific Cluster at Organon since January 2022, overseeing HR functions across ten markets in the region. Previously, Anna held various HR leadership roles at MSD from November 2017 to December 2021, including HR Lead for Organon & Co and HR Business Partner, focusing on Specialty Care, Vaccines, Oncology, and Change Management. Anna's career began at JTI, where responsibility included HR Administration and Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Anna worked at Bayer as an HR Business Partner for the Consumer Health division, managing a range of HR activities. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Higher School of Economics.
