Carla M. Vazquez

Carla M. Vazquez has a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in various technical and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Assoc. Director at Organon, Carla is responsible for overseeing external network and global alliances change control. Carla M. is also the Co-lead and Founder of the OHLA ERG at Organon. Prior to their current role, Carla spent over a decade at Merck, where Carla M. held positions including Associate Director, Senior Engineer, and Technical Scientist, gaining expertise in areas such as project management, quality systems, and process improvement. Carla graduated from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez with a BS in Chemical Engineering.
