Dilson Fernandes

Dilson Fernandes is an accomplished Associate Director specializing in procurement and project management, with extensive experience at Organon since June 2021. As Chief of Staff for the Direct Materials team, Dilson oversees a USD 1.4 billion spend, managing critical projects related to external manufacturing and strategic alliances, while also generating financial reports for senior leadership. Previously, Dilson held significant roles at MSD, managing multi-million dollar spends across North America and globally, and developing procurement strategies for packaging. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Unilever, focusing on sustainability and supplier development in packaging and chemicals. Dilson holds multiple master's degrees in project management and logistics, as well as a degree in chemical engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
