Fabio Guarna

Fabio Guarna is an accomplished commercial operations and strategy leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Commercial Operation Director at Organon, Fabio oversees the commercial direction of the Italy affiliate and has engaged in special assignments including EUCAN area commercial policy management and project leadership for corporate ERP development.
