Harrie van de Sande

Harrie van de Sande possesses extensive experience in operations management and ERP implementation within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Process Steward for ERP Implementation at Organon, Harrie oversees the integration of production processes into SAP S4-HANA. Previously, as Manager Operations at both Organon and MSD, Harrie managed daily operations involving the packaging and manufacturing of sterile injectables while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Additional expertise includes roles in production management, technical support, and quality assurance across various international projects with bioMérieux and involvement in service laboratories at Silliker Netherlands. Harrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and advanced certifications in pharmaceutical technology.
